Sex, Trauma & Effects

Sex in SexLab Survival isn't a free action with no consequences. It leaves marks — on your stats, your body, your mind, and your urges. This page covers the Sex & Effects and Trauma MCM pages: the systems that turn each encounter into something that follows you afterward.

Sex Experience & Effects

With Enable Sex Experience on, SLS tracks sex stats that grow over time. The more you do, the more experienced your character becomes, and that experience feeds back into how encounters play out. It's a persistent record rather than a one-off flag — a long-lived character accumulates a history the game can react to.

Ahegao

Ahegao puts a facial expression on your character at the moment of orgasm — a visible, involuntary tell. Duration Per Orgasm controls how long the expression lingers before your face settles back. It's a purely cosmetic layer, easily disabled if it's not to taste.

Jiggles

Jiggles drives body-scaling visual effects through SLIF (SexLab Inflation Framework), scaling breasts, belly and ass in response to what's happening to your character. SLIF Max Scaling caps how far those inflation effects can push, so you can keep the look within whatever range you find reasonable.

Compulsive Sex

Sex can become a need in its own right. Compulsive Sex builds an urge over time, governed by Time Between Fucks — the longer you go without, the stronger the compulsion pushing you back toward it. It turns abstinence into its own kind of pressure rather than a neutral choice.

Other options

Beyond the effects above, the Sex & Effects page carries a number of additional, harder-edged optional mechanics, off or configurable in the MCM. Review the in-game page and enable only what suits your playthrough.

Trauma

The Trauma page models lasting psychological after-effects that certain events can leave on your character — knock-on effects that persist rather than clearing when a scene ends. Like the rest of these systems, it can be dialled down or off in the MCM.

See also Cum for the visible overlay an encounter leaves and the social fallout that follows.

Note

Everything here lives on the Sex & Effects and Trauma MCM pages. Each system can be tuned or disabled individually there.
